The Digital Mall is wholly-owned by SM Digital Mall Sdn Bhd which has an authorised and paid-up capital of RM 10.0 million, and RM 5.7 million,respectively. The Board of Directors of SM Digital Mall Sdn Bhd is constituted by Seow Yin Loy, Seow Wei Khong and Seow Hui Chin.

The Digital Mall presently has an impressive occupancy of 100% of the lettable floor area and has emerged as a landmark retail location within a rather short span of its establishment in the PJ township.
