dmCard Membership Terms & Conditions:

|
| Eligibility
|
- You must be 18 years old and above to be eligible to apply for the dmCard. For applicants below 18 years of age, the application form must be signed by your parent or legal guardian.
- You are only eligible to apply for and hold one (1) valid dmCard at any one time. The Operator reserves the right to reject additional or multiple applications if the Operator determines in its absolute discretion that the applications are made by the same person.

| Use of dmCard
|
- The dmCard is valid for use at all dmCard participating outlets ("Outlet"). A current list of Outlets and member's benefits are available at Digital Mall Information Counter or by logging on to
www.digitalmall.com.my.
- You must present the dmCard to the cashier of the Outlet at the time of purchase in order to receive the benefits and privileges that are on offer from time to time.

| Application fee
|
- An application fee of RM10.00 for 1 year is payable to the Operator ("SM Digital Mall Sdn Bhd") upon submit your application to become a dmCard cardholder.
|
| Redeeming for car parking charges
|
- You are entitled for rebate of first 3 hours car parking charges at Millennium Square if you purchase RM50.00 and above at any participated outlets in Digital Mall.
|
| Validity
|
- The dmCard is valid for 1 year from the date your application is accepted or from the date the card is renewed.
- The dmCard can be renewed by presenting the card at a Digital Mall Management office and paying the yearly renewal fee of RM10. This fee is not refundable.
- You will have a grace period of 1 month from the date of expiry of your dmCard to renew after which your dmCard will be cancelled and will not be renewable. During the grace period, you will not be able to redeem for car parking charges and get the free gift.

| Lost, stolen or damaged cards
|
- A replacement fee of RM10.00 will be charged for replacement of lost, stolen or damaged cards. If your dmCard has been lost, stolen or damaged, you must report the loss or damage to the Digital Mall Customer Service via customersservice@digitalmall.com.my or by calling the Digital Mall Management Office at (03) 7698 3311 as soon as reasonably practicable.

| Card cancellation
|
- Prior to expiry, you may cancel your dmCard at Digital Mall Management Office by handing in your dmCard and completing and signing the required form.
|
| Miscellaneous
|
- The dmCard is not a credit card nor a charge card.
- The dmCard is not transferable and SM Digital Mall Sdn Bhd and each Outlet reserves the right to request that you provide sufficient personal identification evidence.
- The dmCard remains the property of SM Digital Mall Sdn Bhd and must be returned upon request.
- SM Digital Mall Sdn Bhd, its subsidiaries, related companies and its agents are authorised to use your personal information disclosed under the dmCard Programme for its marketing and other related purposes.
- SM Digital Mall Sdn Bhd reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice and at any time, to:
- reject any application for the dmCard without having to provide reasons;
- revoke the dmCard without having to provide reasons;
- to amend dmCard terms and conditions from time to time. Any new or amended terms and conditions will override the existing dmCard terms and conditions; and
- suspend or terminate the dmCard Programme without having to provide reasons.
- SM Digital Mall Sdn Bhd, its subsidiaries, related companies and its agents and the Outlets are not liable for any loss, damage, cost and expense incurred by you or any third party arising from the carrying out of the dmCard Programme.
